Josh Mitchell was selected by the Royals in the 22nd round of the 2017 draft from the University of Pittsburgh, and is currently pitching out of the Wilmington Blue Rocks bullpen with a 2.61 ERA and 1.1 K/IP across 6 appearances. A 6-2 lefty, Mitchell overcame a gruesome knee injury at the end of the 2018 season and figures to be a quick mover.
